Mini 180 or 200

Hello,

I have now a bb king 180 mini in 500 liter. This one is for 400 to 750.
I run zeovit en need strong skimming. I can get a new bb king mini 200 for aquarium 500 to 1000 liter.
Is this one good for me in this situation? I want more fish than average in the aquarium and would prefer to skim dry

I think you’re better off with the 180 in a 500l system than the 200. The 200 would need a VERY heavy fish load (1/2” of fish per display gallon) to be consistent in your 500l system and the Bubble Kings are very conservatively rated. For 500l I would not suggest the Mini 200. Stick with your 180! It will be more consistent than the 200.
