minimum size for pygmy octo

Now that I have read Buddy Pines whole thread on his hitchhiker/tank crash. I am interested in obtaining a small octo. What is a good starter/small octo and what are the minimum tank sizes for them. I have been in the hobby for over 6 years and have done the reef and now FO and would like the added fun/challenge of housing a single species tank. I would like a colorful octo like Buddy Pines but I wold prefer it to stay fairly small. Currently I have a 120 FOWLR with three small lions, a huma huma, spiny boxfish and a yellow tang. Will this tank house a small one with the current tank mates, if I "octo proof" it. Thanks in advance.

most octos are not considered compatible with anything really but hey give it a try you might just luck out with a friendly one.

uuuhhhh, NO, DON'T give it a try. If we made bets, my bet would be on the trigger to be the first to eat the octo, if nothing else. And pygmy octopuses are almost never seen. VERY bad choice as a "pet" or something interesting. For a 120, you can keep most any octo commonly available in the hobby except vulgaris, but most certainly NOT with those animals.
