Minimum Wattage needed for Refuge Light

Planned on using at compact fluorescent bulb/lamp that puts out 7W, and wondered if this would be enough for cheato. I planned on getting something specific for a 'fuge soon but wanted to see if I could use this in the interim.

I'm using a 5w LED desktop grow lamp and my chaeto hasn't wilted or faded.

I was using a red 8w light and mine was growing like crazy

Just loads n loads of chaeto!

Plus it acts like my moonlights for the tanks.

It also makes my neighbors wonder what I'm growing in my garage!
