Minor disaster

I left town for two days, and suddenly I lose six gallons to evap. I never lose that fast. Anywho, burned out my skimmer pump. I'm currently using a RIO 3100 for a return, so I was thinking of upgrading to a bigger return and throwing the RIO on the skimmer. It's a ASM G3.

Any thoughts? Anyone have anything they would like to sell me or suggest?

That new pump is pulling out tons of crap already. AWesome!

MEanwhile, I took out the old pump, removed the wad of algea, and it works just fine. I feel pretty stupid, but now I have a back up pump for mixing water and such.
