Hey guys so in my tank i have around 160 lbs of live rock, in a 90 gallon i am think this is to much so i am going to take out 9-10 pieces....

The problem with this is, i have 2 frogspawn, and a rock with green zoas on it ( it is only on 1 rock)

So i was wondering what i should do when i reaquascape my tank tommorow? where should i keep the corals.... ?

which happens to be a water change day so thats good.

Pour off part of your tank water for the water change into a large Rubbermaid container then add your rocks and corals. If this process is going to take more than a few minutes or an hour I would add heat and circulation. Then rescape the tank. You can discard the old water when you are finished.

Nope.
The zoanthids are pretty tough. They could stay out of the water with just a wet paper towel over them for a hour or more in a emergency.
I'd keep the frogspawn submerged.
