Has anyone actually has success with Denitrification using miracle mud in their aquarium? also what other benefits will using miracle mud give your aquarium. Thanks in Advance

Miracle mud also implements the use of caulpera which I would be careful with. Good husbandry and a good skimmer will help
A lot. Miracle mud, from what I've read works like sand but replenishes trace elements in your system. If you use it, I would use chaeto as the macro rather than caulpera.

Is this for the eel / grouper tank?
Sulfur denitrators are supposed to work well. I don't have any personal experience with them. Here's a diy one, if you think that might be a fun project. Nothing too complicated.

Or remote deep sand beds are common. There's a thread called something like "dsb in a 5 gallon bucket" if you want to search the forum

I have a large skimmer (rated for 125 gal on my 75 gal tank) and also what's the difference between chaeto and caulpera?

The first link is chaeto. It's what I use in my refugium. Grows like crazy easy to take chunks out. If it gets in your display it's easy to get out. Doesn't stick to rocks. Some people run this on a reverse photo period, I just run 24/7

The second link is caulpera. There are diff types of caulpera. It grows fast just like chaeto. Sticks to rocks so if it gets in ur display tank and starts to grow its harder to get out. Caulpera may also go sexual. Mostly that happens if it starts to die off or have issues thriving. It has to be lit 24/7 from
What I understand to thrive.

So Definitely go with chaeto then right?
