missing bta

So my bta went walkig when my clowns started hosting, didnt really bother me, nothing to sting. However I can no longer find it. It has been missing for a day and a half.

My question is when should I start moving rocks to look for it?

I always go looking after two days. I've only had one BTA casualty recently and that particular BTA was in bad shape when it arrived, so I had particular reason to go looking. Unfortunately, my fears were true, and I found it in time to scoop out what was left of it between the rocks before my nitrates shot up. After that, I changed my aquascaping so that there would be less crevices of this type. Call it paranoia, but these days, I now always go looking for my anemones after they disappear for two days.

it looked very healthy for the 3 weeks it was in the tank. It didnt move at all then my clowns hosted and it moved, now it has disappeared.

I guess Ill be looing tonight.

I'm in the same boat as you. BTA been in the tank for about 3 weeks and last night he went for a walk.

I did find mine in a very odd place with less light but more water flow. I suppose each one to their own :lolspin:

well I give up. I have taken all the rock out of my tank and still cant find it. I guess I will just hope he comes out before he melts.
