missing fish?

hi all,my 6 line wrasse went missing 2 nights ago and i just found him hiding in the smallest crevase i think he could fit into.(pretty well hidden)my question is how long will these fish try to stay hidden for and whats the longest that youv had a fish disaper for then just show up again.

I have never had my sixline disapear.

But have heard of them creating some sort of (mucas?) net when they sleep.

Have never seen that either.

Check the floor behind the tank to see if he went carpet surfing in the middle of the night

my Arorua(sp?) Goby, three weeks. Only found him after removing all the rock work(ich infestation) and then rearranging the coral left in the tank a couple times. Sneaky little SOB:mad2:

I've had a couple disappear never to be seen again.I guess my cleanup crew does a good job.In my tank when a fish goes they never come back.
