Missing hermits

I can't find my hermit crabs. I saw them a couple of weeks ago and I re aquascaped a couple of days ago but am not sure if I burried them or if they died of old age. I really don't know how long hermit crabs live but I got this pair as babies almost 13 years ago.

have ou found their shell? maybe they changed shells? Killed each other? something killed them? or their life was up? i dont theink they have a long lifespan. 1 years sounds great to me though lol

One year! I have amphipods older than that
They have so many shells laying around, I think they croaked from old age but they may still turn up

13 years ago?! Wow!! They lived a long life regardless of what happened to them. I love hermit crabs. Cheap entertainment & I'm easily entertained. We were meant for each other.
