Missing item and unreturned email

hi,

I placed an order that was shipped and the invoice indicated that tongs were included when they were not. I sent the below email on friday and have yet to hear back. Please respond. Thanks.

I just received the above mentioned order and the "The Grabber" Aquarium Tongs item no MT-GTONGS was not included although it was listed on the invoice.
 
Please call us at 847-775-0640 for an update on back order item.
We get all emails answered within 24 hours. If you did not receive response within that time most likely your email was sidetracked by spam monitor or server hiccup.
