Missing part for Osmolator 3155

Hi,

I finally figured out how to put the brackets together for a horizontal mount, and now I see that I am missing one part for this application.

I have one of the sensors mounted, but I need this missing piece in order to mount the other sensor.

On page 21 in the manual, step 7 says to loosely attach the screw and nut to the retaining rail. I do not have the piece with the divet (half-circle) that the screw would go into.

This is my first time setting up this new device.

It seems like I am missing more stuff. I don't have any more nuts to separately attach the feed hose (horizontal mount). All bags were completely closed when I opened the box. I'm am positive that I did not lose anything.

Do they not include the hardware to do all types of mounts?

All hardware should be included. Please look up part 3000.24 on the tunze website, if I sent you this would that get you everything you need?

Yes, the clamp holder set would work. It has both pieces.
