missing part

I hope you can help me:

I just bought and received the osmolator. Its missing a part on it. The sliding plastic part that the white alarming float switch for high volume snaps into is missing. It didn't come with the package. So I have no way to attach it, making the whole thing useless. I'm planning a short trip here in the next two weeks and I need to get this top off system going.

Can you let me know what I should do about this?

Today I will be in Fredricksburg all day, this morning I am doing some ship outs. If I don't hear back by noon, I cannot do anything until tomorrow. Then I will be in South Texas and Mexico until Thursday. Please respond fast so we can get this resolved. I would ship to you Priority mail so the part should arrive in a few days.
