Mission Impossible

OK so my wife wants me to wait until our next house before setting up my tank. However, she is going out of town to visit her sister Monday night and won't be back until Thursday. I figure if I get everything set up and cycleing then its done and she just has to accept it...right???

So all I need is to scrounge a pump, lights, some live rock, and sand. Think I can do it.....

I can tell you from experience that that plan is NOT a good one.... i've done that, it took her almost 2 weeks to get over it. and i still hear about it.

I typed more but it was on my phone, anyway. It would be easier if you were moving soon if livestock wasn't involved in the move.

YOU CAN DO IT!

And to motivate you,

Thanks for the support everyone, and cpt shellnut, I think that would not help to get Tara on excited about your tank.

I think what I will do is surprise her and put down the new kitchen floor while she's gone. It will be easier to do while the bit is out of town. I might go ahead and build the stand and maybe do the plumbing if I have time after the floor is down.

Well timing has worked out in an "it must be fate" kinda way, I can get a bunch of free 2x4s and plywood (slighty used) from my company this weekend so hey, gotta build that stand, the floors can wait.
