Harder than it looks!

This is my second thread for this tank... i belive the other one was trashed after not being used for so long...
SO the problem with my first try at this project was that the back cracked...

After a lot of thought on why this happend i decided on a few reasons, 1: the slot which i cut out of the top of the glass for the overflow had very sharp corners with placed any stress right on one part of the glass, 2: the overflow box itself only went half way down the back of the tank, 3: the external overflow box was epoxied together and to the tank, both of which would put pressure on the back pane as it flexed under the pressure of the water.

Im going to be away for a few weeks, and im not going to water test it till i get back... so it will have plenty of time to completly cure, but figures crossed, she'll hold water:D

Can you tell me the dimmensions of your tank?

I am interested to setup one similar or equal like yours.
