Mitras acclimation

How do you guys handle coral acclimation to Mitras?
I am running the Great Barrier Reef program (love that, thank you!)
do I need a separate project for acclimation, or is there an easier way?
Forgive me, I am really new at this!

It looks like I can set the max intensity as a general parameter - hoping that means it just scales everything down in the program? I assume I would have to adjust this manually as I ramp through an acclimation period?

How high are your lights off the water?
