New expansion card PLM-PWC for ProfiLux - wireless connection of ProfiLux and Mitras LX

With our new card PLM-PWC (article number PL-1011) ProfiLux 3 aquarium controllers and Mitras LX LED fixtures are able to communicate with each other.
This gives the user many new features:

You can't give us a wireless device without giving a spec on range?
What is the range of this thing? If my light is upstairs and my controller is in the basement, I want them to be able to connect. At least give us the wireless technology behind it. WiFi? Bluetooth? IR?

I don't have the Mitras partly because it can't communicate with the profilux. This might sway me to get one.
