I was wondering how long you have kept mixed water? I use either plastic 5g buckets or sterlite containers to mix my water. Does the chemistry of the water change over a period in these plastic containers?

Raw artificial salt water and RO/DI water is good for as long as you want to keep it. No stirring or aeration is necessary.
Old aquarium water and natural seawater can go stagnant fast since it has a lot of organics in it. So if you store that, keep it aerated.
