Mixing blennies and jawfish

Are these ok together. I've heard horror stories so was looking for some advice. The problem is a resident Starry blenny (never seen a hint of aggression but don't have anything similar to him in there), would like to add a jaw fish to the tank 200L, but think it would have been safer the other way round. Is it worth trying or leave it be?

Thanks

I kept a Blue Spot Jawfish and a Bicolor Blenny with no problems. The jawfish lived in sand burrows and the blenny lived a inside a rock in the upper part of the tank. Even when they got close to each other there were no problems.
I would say if your blenny doesn't live/hang out around the bottom part of the tank you would be ok.

I would use caution if you're thinking of adding a burrow dwelling goby or blenny with pearly jawfish. Watchmen and shrimp gobies especially. My Pinkbar goby would not stop "squatting" in my jawfish's burrow. It didn't seem like a territory issue. I think that the Pinkbar Gobies seek out burrows instictively; would make sense because they're pistol shrimp symbionts.

Ultimately, the stress from the goby's activity killed the jawfish.
