mixing clowns

could you mix different types of clowns in one tank?
i love my pair of fasle percs becasue they are so hardy and fun to watch and thought it would be great to get another pair of some type.

It all depends on your tank. if you already have a pair of perculas then it would be a bad idea to add anthor pair of clownfish.

yeah, my clowns have been in my tank for 5months now. i was really hoping that there would be another type that they would get along with..oh well

I have Maroons, Cinnamon, and true percs ...but all in seperate tanks. With a pair already established in your tank, even adding a 3rd perc, the new fish could get chased and stressed to death.

You could add more false percs, but only if they are juveniles.

Otherwise, your best choice would be skunks, but there may be some fighting.

Still, best not to try it.
