If you know how much potassium you need, and you know how much two part you are dosing, it is straightforward to determine how much to add to the two part.

Assuming you are using potassium chloride, it can be added to either the calcium part or the alkalinity part of a two part.

I'll speculate that you find it isn't actually depleting that fast unless it is primarily by water change.

Seem to lose around 10-20ppm over a week if I dont do a water change. I have test kit and suppliment now. Ill keep on top of it manually

Maybe. Potassium itself isn't skimmable, but if you export a lot of whole organisms, you will export whatever is inside of them, and potassium is elevated inside of most cells.
