Mixing S. tapetum & BTAs?

I have to move a couple of "maxi mini" carpets out of a non-functioning nano (there's something wrong with the electrical outlet and I messed up my lower back somehow, so I can't move the tank). Would it be safe to house them in my 50 that also contains two largish BTAs? Thanks.

Thanks for the advice. I actually did manage to get the tank moved, so the mini-carpets still have their own little system. But this is good to know for the future.

I have 8 or so on their own island in with my BTA's and Magnificas, they keep to them selfs on their island (for now)
