mixing salt

I want to start doing 10 gallon water changes a week now instead of 30 a month. question is, I have a 35 rubbermaid bin, is it ok to just have about 25 gallons made up at all times?

if so, should I keep a powerhead and heating in there at all times? airstone too?

From the guru himself...
In general, mixed artificial salt water made with RO/DI can be stored without stirring. It usually won't stagnate because there are no organics in it to degrade. I always store mine unstirred, often for weeks. -Randy Holmes-Farley
In addition, mix, heat, and aerate at least a couple of hours prior to using. A fresh mix should only be used after the chemistry has stabilized.

I have 4 x 5 gallon buckets that I keep sealed and pre mixed. The day before I am going to use them I will put them in my mixing bucket (a bucket with a ghetto-bulkhead in the bottom attached to a pump that shoots it back in the top). Haven't had an issue yet
