Anybody got a good external mixing station pump for sale? Something that could also push water 20 feet across the room and 6 feet up?

Got the Slop sink and pump. Started making some water. Uniseal held up ok but I siliconed it just to be safe.

What are the wires going into the bottom of the holding tanks for? Heaters? salinity probes? float switches?
