Mixing with C. Aurantia

I've mixed centropyge before with great success but I would like to find a docile and small companion for my angel if possible.

Like you said, finding a healthy female or juvi would be challenging, I'd think.

It's hard to give ideas without knowing more about your tank. I might be thinking about a sunburst anthias.

I'm going for another small peacefull centropyge species but I love sunburst anthias. The tank is a 58 gallon mixed reef with docile tankmates and has been up for four years and is too small IMO for anthias. The golden used to be with a flame angel that turned aggressive and has since been removed. I would like to try a multicolor but I have no experience with them. I need a peacefull angel as my golden is still pretty shy.

For a while (( until an incident with my mated pair of clowns and their S. Haddoni )) I had a golden with a coral beauty and a venustus.

In this video you can see all three (( still have the venustus and coral beauty, along with a multicolored )) of them -- mainly eating an LPS.
