mixing wrasse?

I just put my Scott's fairy wrasse and longfin wrasse into my main tank after 3.5 weeks of QT. They are loving it! I was very worried about the Scott's after he started breathing really hard and stopped eating, but he seems happy again!

My question is: What, if any, more wrasse can I add without problems (reef safe)? They add a lot of activity to the tank and wouldn't mind adding one or more. I have a 55 gallon tank.

Thank you for your inquiry. We are pleased to hear that your new additions are doing well.

Most species of Wrasse are compatible with caution. However, since there are currently two in the same aquarium, we do not recommend adding more as this can lead to unwanted aggression. Please do not hesitate to contact for any further assistance.
