Mixing wrasses in a nano?

Can I mix several different kinds of wrasses in a 28 gallon HQI Nano reef? I was thinking about mixing a few peaceful wrasses together. Don't have any fish in the tank, just 2 cleaner shrimp and 1 snapping/pistol shrimp.

Not a good idea. They most are agressive towards conspecifics
