MJ mods were do I get parts?

I just modified a MJ900 about a week ago using a kit from MJmods.com...very easy to do, and took me about an hour from start to finish using the instructions on their website (I am more anal than the average person so probably could have been done in less time). Has been working great. I was also happy with the customer service and liked that everything I needed was included in the kit.

No affiliation, YMMV, etc... :D

Is there a how-to site for folks who don't want to buy the kits? I know they're cheaper than a Tunze, but the kits on MJMods cost more than parts alone, I'm sure.

you can get the shafts from a local welder supply, better yet from a local welder. 5/32 308 SS welding rods are what I used.

From mjmods.com you'll end up spending about 15-20 bucks for each mod. The kits they have include more than enough to make 2 mods. Or you can just buy the things you can't find or don't want to make (like the nicely cut shrouds they have) and get everything else locally.

Good luck!
