As the veterans pointed out to me: Not necessarily a downgrade to go from MJ1200 to MJ900. Output close, wattage much smaller. Sorry, no spares.

well I plan on attaching a Hydor to it, so it will minimize some flow. So I am trying to maximize results with a 1200. Seems like I have no choice but to go to Exotic over the weekend. I seem to always miss out on deals I am always looking for. Oh well.

yea, thats what I am going to do. I can wait, just don't want to shovel out $30 on a MJ, I just don't think it's worth that much.
