Mocha clowns vs coral banded shrimp

Heavyweight fight vs my mocha clowns against a coral banded shrimp. I witnessed my cbs jump on top of my pink spot goby and either clean him or I don't know lol. After about 3 seconds my goby swam away. I've been told that cbs attack fish however I've never observed this, unless the goby cleaning was actually an attack but I doubt it. After the goby attack cleaning I noticed my cbs going upwards near my large green gig where 3 clowns host. The female noticed the creeping and let the cbs no he wasn't allowed up there. Video below

CBS are known to be aggressive, especially towards other small inverts, but occasionally I see someone claiming they have hurt fish too.
