Modesto LFS?

Hi!

My reefin' buddy and I are heading from Woodland to Modesto tonight after work to pick up some used stuff. We were wondering if you had some info on LFS in Modesto.

The only one I know of is Tropical Haven. The last time I was there, they really didn't have much. The only thing they are good for is cheap tanks.

Missed the window to go to Tropical Haven and by the time we headed home, Carter's in Stockton was closed.

Well it's probably to late now but you might want to check out Twins and Kalypso next time. Twins has lots of softies and lps. Kalypso softies, lps, and sps. Both store are great.

We travel from time to time to accumulate used stuff on the cheap... So it might be that we're down your way again. Thanks.

Yeah wouldn't bother with Tropical haven, they really dont have squat for corals. Once in a great while they will get an interesting batch of fish in. Other then that, yeah they do have good prices on tanks.
