Ok something had been killing my clams over the last few days, 3 dead and other a doing bad. I added one LR from a friend about 2 weeks ago. tonight i noticed this long skinny arm sticking out from the rock going towards the clams, the arm looks like a bristle worm but is atleat 6 inches long and it is lightning quick, i can't get to it with a tweezers and it looks like something is attached under the rocks to this arm, any idea what would be eating clams like this? Also when i hit it with the flashlight the arm is shinny green

do they mostly live in the rock or in the sand? It was comming from under the sand. i took the rock out that was closest to it and diped it in cold fresh water and nothing came out, it could have shot out of the rock and i didn't see though since this sucker is so fast

Eucinid (spelling?) worm probably. You're gonna want to get that out of there asap.

Sounds like it... Eunicid worm
