We want to announce that we will be having our 5th frag swap! Please mark your calendars for November 17th, 2012. Thanks to Ken Burnham, it will be held at the same venue as the past two years, The Marriott Fairfield off the Mitylene Exit, exit 11, just north of Montgomery.

For those of you who have never been to a "swap" before, let me briefly explain. In years past we've had 10-15 table vendors. These vendors will be selling a wide variety of reef stuff at great prices! Also, the club gets donations from some local sponsors and online vendors. The club will then raffle off these items at a designated time.
Setup times for the table vendors begins bright and early Saturday morning (I'm checking on Friday setup). Doors open to public from 12-4pm. We will have the raffles at 3pm. The club did a rock demo in April, thanks to Gary Flatness, so that is definately one item for the raffles. Admission is free. Raffle tickets are $1/each or 15/$10. We had one table vendor accept credit cards last year, but more than the majority only accept cash for payment.
If you would like to be a table vendor, please let me know ASAP. The cost for tables are $10 per table or tank/stand setup.
