Monti Bleaching & Zoas Closing?

I have a relatively new frag tank. Everything was doing good for a week, and then my Zoas mostly quit opening, monti is bleaching, mushrooms are shrinking. Acans are doing great though (they weren't in my DT tank, so strange that the move helped them, while everything else seems to be suffering.)

Temp: 77.6
Sg: 1.026
Ammonia: 0
Ph: 8
Nitrates: 0
Nitrites: 0
Phostphate: 0
dKh: 9
Ca: 520
Mg: 1250

Seems to have started after adding a 40 gallon sump and skimmer. (Added that the 2nd week.)

I would acclimate them to the DT until you figure out what the problem is.
Was sump and skimmer new? Possibly contaminated?

Problem with my DT is something is eating them. Whatever eats them is capable of wiping out a 30 head frag overnight. They are expensive snacks.

I would say water change, better flow, better lighting, prolly move them to the sand bed.
I'll do another water change and see what happens.
I've got a Koralia Evolution 1050 for flow, it was good enough for my Achilles while I had it in QT, would think it is more than enough for Zoas?
They already are in the sand bed on the plugs, except for the ones encrusted on the rocks.
I have the same light fixture/brand LED as are on my DT, only difference is less wattage, but it's closer since the tank isn't as deep.

Sump and skimmer weren't new. Sump was previously a QT tank. Skimmer came from a friend who had been running it for a year with no problems.

I would check your alk with another test kit. As high as your calcium is I would think the alk would be off

Hm...ok, I'll get another kit and test that.
