Received a few Monti Frags and found a few monti eating Nudis on a couple of them. the corals did not go in my main tank and I'm considering trying to save them instead of just tossing them.
I have a 15 G tank I can add a few LR to as well as a skimmer for filtration.
Would appreciate any help about following questions:
-what should I dip them in before placing in Q tank? Would Revive or TMPCC or maybe a Lugol dip kill the nudis? I'm willing to do a freshwater dip if it's proved to kill them?
What concentration and time of dip should I use?
-Can I just have a couple of T8 fluorescents for lighting?
-should I add any wrasses or other fish that nips on them?
-Shoud I repeat the dips every few days?
- How do I know that I have killed them all?
-do they also eat digitata and confusa type of montipora?
