Monti pest??

Just put this monti frag in yesterday - that why one side (the underside) looks dull. Hoping that it will color up.

Should I be worried about the two pairs of strands protruding from the coral? Sry if this is a silly question. Sry about the poor picture quality.

A little tough to say due to blurry image, but I tend to see strands like that whenever I'm a bit too rough handling SPS corals. I don't really know what they are, but I suspect its a result of localized trauma to the coral's tissue. The good news is that they have never resulted in any long-term problem (strands usually resolve within a day or two, tissue heals over injured site pretty quickly).
