High light, High Flow?
Just placed a couple of frags in my tank.
550 watt total lighting now
Placed under sea swirl.
I will be adding 2 X 250 MH in the next few weeks for a total of 1050 watts on a 90 gal. tank.

Am I on the right track?

I'd say moderate flow compared to other SPS. If you get them in high flow they usually get real nudgy and grow pretyt slow. High light is fine.
