Last time I posted about this coral it turned into a spelling lesson... but got nowhere with the coral.

Anyone have this species? It was a Tyree AE, and Atlantis sells it for major $, but I think I've only seen a handful of photos of it anywhere online.

Who's got it?

I do, seems to be a slow grower for me, has just started to really encrust although I set-it-back a few times due to lighting changes. I really love this coral, I got mine from Atlantis as well, it is a BRIGHT fluorescent green with blue polyps, looks like it has much potential

That is cool looking! Great to see an EAGLES fan representing in NY. :)

:) NO Doubt! Go Birds!

Just thought I'd bring this back up to see if anyone has any updates. Still wondering who has it and how it's doing.

I bought a wild colony from liveaquaria and it did great in my quarantine tank with no skimmer under LEDs and seemed to grow rather fast. It was almost like an LPS in that the huge polyps would eat crushed flake and other foods.

Unfortunately a GFI popped without my noticing and the Q tank crashed. All of the surviving frags did horribly in my main system, I think it needs fairly dim light and loads of food to thrive. I just remounted the two ~1/2" surviving bits of the original 7" colony, and I'm going to try target feeding them.

Anyone else have input on this species?

Almost 6 year bump...anybody still have this coral? Haven't seen it mentioned in a long time. Saw a few that looked perhaps misidentified on Divers Den earlier this year.
