Montipora has mucus

I'm not sure and think it's snotting up or it has what looks like mucus I saw it the second day after I put it in my tank it wasn't like that when I bought it so I'm wondering what is wrong with it
I'm trying to figure out how to post a pic of it I can't get it down to the tiny size they want

Yeah totally normal. Montipora capricornis will slime up a little when stressed.
