Montipora ID please

I bought this from a LFS display tank. When i got it, it was near dead and the dead portion of the coral was mostly a large cap type structure. One area of the cap was orange and the other two live areas were different shades of green. We fragged it to get out the live and only one section of the green survived. Here is what it has grown into, and I don't think its a cap (but who knows).
