I noticed one of my Montipora frags not doing so well. I've had it for about a week. The first picture shows how I found it. At first I thought it was some sort of algae growth, to I tried to clean it off with a light blast from the turkey baster. It looked like some of the tissue blew away, and the damaged area got worse. The second picture is after blasting it.
A quick late night Google had me worried it might nudibranch damage. I got up at 3 AM and checked with a red light, but saw nothing.
Can this frag be saved? Should I move it, or get it out of the tank before it spreads to something else?
I need to retest the water tonight, but my parameters last week were:
SG 1.026, PH 8.3, Nitrates <5, Calcium 420, dKH 8, Phosphates 0.
Thanks everyone!
EDIT - Sorry, first post here. Pictures came through a little small. If they'd be helpful here are higher-res links. First and Second
