all o fthe sudden all of my montis are beginning to lose polyp extension, and also losing color. all have been in my system for some time and all parameters are stable. i put them into a 2 1/2 gallon until i find out what is wrong. any ideas?
my bet would be nudis unfortunately
take a flash light and look underneath the corals before your lights come on. They'll be at the bases of the coral and the edges
whats the best way to kill them? also how long do i have to leave them corals out of my system to make sure that there are no nudis left in the main tank?
i guess theres some deworming medicine that helps remove the nudis when you dip the corals but you'll have to physically remove all of them and scrub the eggs off with a toothbrush
not sure about the length of time before they die without montis in the tank
