I've had these guys for several weeks. So far so good. They both eat flakes and pellets as well as mysis. Several feedings a day of flakes using auto feeder.

Keep that idol fed heavily otherwise you will be missing the tips on your acros and other lps will have bite marks more than likely.

My idol goes after my coral from time to time.

When I first added the idol it tasted the middle of a couple of trumpet corals. Has left it alone and it recovered. It looked like a goner at the time.

The MI has also nibbled on a few sps tips but no noticeable damage. He seems to be waiting for the flakes to drop all day.

As for the emperor it has not bothered a thing so far. I'm hoping it eats the xenia and Kenya trees. Lol. I worry more about zoos but so far so good.

I understand it has not been long but I do have a frag tank to temporarily move anything that gets picked on. Gives me a reason to set up another display tank. [emoji51]

Just happy about the current status.

I do not have any meaty lps. Just frogspawn and hammer.

I actually have way too many zoos.

Several weeks is also not a good indicator of whether or not your coral will be eaten lol

I agree. Living dangerously. Lol. I hope they eat the ugly zoos but of course if they start they will likely go after the expensive stuff first.

Ha! I have a regal angel with my idol and they tag teamed my sun coral so out it down in the fuge.

My idol picks a different coral every few weeks to mess with it seems.... this week is the Hollywood stunner it's been chomping at. Regal doesn't mess with anything else though I don't have any softies or zoas.
