More Anemone Help!

My new anemone, introduced to the tank eight hours ago, will not latch on to my live rock. The anemone is getting tossed around by my power heads. The powerheads are not directly on it, but the current is carrying the anemone around. Any suggestions?

By the way, my other anemone in the tank is doing just fine and has latched on to the live rock. The anemones are about 20 inches from each other.

Petco allowed me to take the anomone back. I still have another one in my tank though. The other one is doing great. He's latched on to the live rock, moving around a little, and is feeding.
