More bulkhead questions

I believe I have to replace all the bulkheads in the AGA 125 I have. Does 1.5" drain and 1" returns seem correct?

My corner overflows look like 1 1/4 & 3/4

measure the hole with the bulkhead off. Are you sure new gaskets won't do it?

matt there is 2 sizes that come from factory.

measure teh OD of the insert stem, and I can tell you what set you have.

I'd say it is the 1.5 inch as that is standard on many tanks over 90 gal from factory.

I'm sure I need new ones.

The drains have 90degree barbed fittings. I need to run PVC

I'm missing 1 return and the other has a chunk of PVC stuck in it.

I think I may just buy the megaflow kits. They are 49.95 at Eddies and they contain all the bulkheads, pipes and locline. No hassle.

matt, be carefull cutting them out with a fine tooth hack saw.
