More gallons=More Horses?

I know it sounds stupid, but what I'm asking is, is there a limit to how big of a numer of seahorses you can have together? Lets say you have two in a 20 gal tank, Would you be able to have a large number in a 75 gal? Is the limit based on number of gallons or species of horse? Meaning, with certain species are you only alloud to have a group of no more than two or three, or is it as many as the size of tank can handle comfortably?

A lot depends on the species of seahorse - as well as how meticulous you are with your maintenance. IMO, with a well maintained tank you could keep 3 pr of Kuda in a 60 gal.

As far as a 75 gallon, again - it depends on species and maintenance. I personally wouldn't hesitate to put 6 seahorses (of the same species) in well maintained 75. Provided, of course, they aren't Ingens, Pots or other 8"-10"+ species.
