More than one moonlight on the 7096?

I like my moonlight very much but it doesn't cover enough of my tank. Is there a way to run multiple moonlights off the 7096?

No, but it should give an adequate representation of moonlight on a tank up to about 300 gallons, the key is placement. It needs to be on the side of the tank with a very slight downward angle so it casts light over most of the tank.

Hmmm... I had mine in the middle with it pointing down - obviously that doesn't work. My LFS suggested that I try shining it up into my MH reflector so I am trying that tonight. I will try your suggestion tomorrow.

As always - thanks Roger!

any recommendations on how far it should be off the top of the water to cover the full tank. if you need the dimensions 48X24X24

I would just clamp it to the side trim so it would be about 1.5-2" from the water, the key is a very slight downward angle so the main spot of the beam hits the tank about in the middle.
