I went out for a couple hours around here and got skunked again. We are heading down south tomorrow. Ill bet after this weekend they will be up in full force around here.

We found two in our front garden today. We're in the middle of town. Sheesh! If I leave them alone, will they multiply, or has that already happened?

My brother said he found some just poking out of the ground. I hope by tomorrow they will be more. The warm weather today should help.

WELL I WENT OUT HARD TODAY AND WALKED AROUND HICKERY HILLS FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS. FOUND NOTHING!! THERE WAS ALOT OF FRIZBE GOLFERS OUT(IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE FRIZBE GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP BECAUSE THERE WAS CARS FROM DIFFERENT STATES THERE)THEY MUST HAVE SCARED ALL OF THE MORELS AWAY!

Put about 3 hours in today at a spot near the reservoir, unfortunetly while walking in there were some others walking out . Needless to say they had it picked clean, got skunked!

We found around 10 lbs this weekend around Montizuma. Lots of little greys until we hit "the motherload" of big yellows all in one spot. Probably gonna go back next weekend, in the meantime i am going to keep hitting my spots around here in waterloo.

Four of us went out on Sunday for about 3-4 hours and only found one. The owner of the land has already picked enough for a couple meals worth but wouldn't tell us his spots.

just found 3-4 pounds, it was my first find too. My father inlaw said he checked his woods every year and never found any. Untill we found the holly patch of giant patch of yellow mushrooms.

Here just a few- i kept for my 6 yr old, she loves them and i just like finding things.

Honestly waverz, i dont hate you, but I have yet to find a fat patch! I usually just find one or 3 here, couple here, so Im waiting/hunting patiently for the motherload!

got a love it when you find the motherload and you post pics,otherwize it is just a fish story,i mean a mushroom story. just kiding,i am glad someone is finding them. i have thurs,fri,and all of next week off and it will be nice to be able to go out during the week for once!

I found a pound today. No motherload yet maybe tomorrow.

We are going back out this weekend, the trick is to use a GPS to mark the areas you find "motherloads" They just keep poppin' up!

Whoot Whoot! Another 15lbs today, we found some monsters!!! Of course no camera with me again. Hopefully it will stay cool next week and they will still be around in "our spot."
