MORE'S June 2011 Meeting-You'll want to come to this one!

Our June meeting should prove to be a must-attend meeting if you are looking to score some rare and amazing coral frags. On display and for your shopping pleasure will be the club's biggest attempt at a frag extravaganza. If you are interested in showcasing and selling some of your prized frags be sure to contact us ASAP. Already booked is Bill Doerfler's huge frag collection, featuring some amazing one-of-a-kind specimens and limited edition corals. Jim I am so sorry for missing that vital detail. It is the 26th. We are trying to stick to the last Sunday of the month whenever possible. And yes they are always going to be @ 3 pm. I sure hope you can make it.

I have a ton of equipment that I need to clear out. Is this an appropriate setting for me to hock my used reef junk (sumps, skimmers, lighting, pumps, etc)?

Well guys, looks like this Sunday's meeting will be one big sales event with corals, invertebrates and equipment for sale. If you are an area hobbyist with livestock or some used equipment you want to unload or buy then come by this Sunday and join us for a fun time this Sunday @ 3 pm. Bill, our host, has one of Marion counties most stunning reef aquariums and he'll be happy to share with you all his reef keeping secrets. There will also be lots of food and a great raffle full of aquarium products. Please email me @ ocalareefclub@cox.net if you have any questions about tomorrow's meeting.

Great meeting this past Sunday @ Bill & Tonia's home. Super turnout of between 30 and 40 people and we signed up about 6 new members. Many of the attendees went home with a few frags and some raffle winnings and all went home with some good information to apply to their own tanks. Thanks again for your support of our club and we hope to see even more of you @ our July meeting.
