I have no idea but I know a Dragon Wrasse is the most aggressive I have ever had. I bet people know way more aggressive ones though. Dragons don't get nearly as big as some other Wrasse.
I don't think you're going to get one answer. Temperament can vary from fish to fish even within the same species, and some can do more damage than others depending on size, even if a smaller one is technically more aggressive.
That said, I've heard Thalassoma jansenii is very aggressive. Other aggressive wrasses include adult dragons as mentioned above, large lunars, etc.
My Dragon was about 6" and the day I added him to the tank he harassed a clown to death and terrorized every other fish in the tank. This was years ago and although I have been tempted to try another, I don't think they are great to keep with docile fish. I consider my puffers docile because they do not fight back and end up being bullied...even by smaller fish

going to keep two large wrasses with a 5"undy in a 180 tank.
Just be careful about what kinds you mix in a 180G. Seems big enough but you can run into problems. I would do like a Harlequin Tusk Wrasse and a lunar or banana.
lunare wrasse. i have about a 4 in. lunare with 2 lookdowns, a miniatus, n 2 banded cat sharks. if the lunare wants the food he gets it, even if he has 2 take it from their mouths.
My Sunset/Banana Wrasse is not very aggressive at all, my Lunare in my previous tank was a definite trouble maker. I have also heard Broomtail are wickedly aggressive.
Justin, I have a Harlequin with my Sunset, very few issues, the larger Sunset occasionally chases but it seem to be less and less often, my Sunset is too worried about the Sohal beating him up
My lfs has a 10" fat ..fat..fat lunnar wrasse that lives its life at the fish store because he has been sold 2 and brought back the next day for killing every thing in the tank...triggers, puffers, large angels, every thing...he lives in a 125g in the storage room all by his lonesome which is the way he likes it..
now my lunnar is rough and tumble but the asfur and purple tang keep him in check
My vote goes to the lunare. Mine really has something against yellow tangs. I've tried adding two and within 10 seconds of getting in the tank they have no eyes.
I have a lunar that I have had for a year and I would say they are not so much aggressive as very good at defending themselves and crazy at feeding time really splashing water all over the place which is really annoying. As far as new additions they can be rough especially if they have parasites like ich because they will eat the parasites. My emperor developed ich after a few days in my display tank and he ate his fins right off to the point where he couldn't swin anymore. His method of attack was sinister. He would hover behind the emperor in one spot and dart in and take a peice of his fin right off. The emperor couldn't see where the wrasse was coming from and couldn't stop it. Horrible to watch. Most large wrasses are like this from what I gather so you should be fine with any of them with your undy.
i had a lunare in my 125 sometime ago and unless u were a hermit crab or piece of food you were good to go. Im excited I may be getting a nice red coris wrasse and violet basslet off a trade soon.
I had a lunare 8" also and he was fine with everything except another wrasse like my Surge wrasse which he stressed it to the death, but with my triggers, angels, puffer and grouper he was fine till he jumped ship
I watch my Lunare which is about 6.5" rip an eye ball right out of my 6" Clown Trigger, which died the next day. They can be a handfull, but they are beautiful & active though.
