mounting powerheads

My powerheads won't stay put anymore any ideas on mounting them or glueing them in the underwater.

Could try an acrylic hanger and mount it to that. I know some people have used magfloat magnets and mounted the powerhead to those.

I have two so far mounted to mag floats and love it.

I can't do the mag float thing (no room behind my glass) so I'm making an acrylic hanger. As soon as I have the Hydor Flo(s) I'll post some pictures if you're still interested.

I also mounted two to a piece of acrylic that hangs from the top rim of my tank - it's pretty ghetto right now (regular hanger and zip ties) because I wanted to see if it would work first or not.

I am thinking I may mount the small power head in my 10 gallon with a hanger and by pass the the suction cups all together. My mj 1200 seems to be holding but I am sure now that I say that it will dive into the sand and be done lol.

The only problem with a hanger is I have that 2 inch lip all the way around the tank and don't know how I could do a hanger with that.
